OnceDone helps you keep methods you can follow again. This policy explains how information is handled when you use OnceDone.

OnceDone does not require an account. Your records stay on your device by default.

Information handled on your device

To provide records, step-by-step guidance, result confirmation, search, and reminders, OnceDone stores the text you enter, steps, places, photos, reminder times, and run history on your device.

How information is used

This information is used on your device to display, search, follow, back up, and restore your records. We do not upload your records, photos, or reminder content to servers we operate.

Photo permission

OnceDone asks for photo library access only when you choose to add a photo. Photos can be used as a cover or reference for a record and are stored locally on your device.

Local reminders

OnceDone asks for notification permission only when you choose to enable local reminders or save a future reminder. Your device schedules and displays these reminders, and you can turn notifications off in the app or system settings.

In-app purchases

OnceDone offers a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase. Apple processes the purchase through the App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.

When you choose to share text, a QR label, or a backup file, the content is sent to the destination you select in the system share sheet. Please review the privacy practices of that destination before sharing.

Deleting local data

Delete local data in Settings removes local records, run history, ordinary settings, and local image resources. To protect your purchase access, the local Pro entitlement state is retained. Content you have already exported or shared outside the app is not removed by this action.

Data retention

Your records remain on your device until you delete them in the app, use Delete local data, or remove the app. Removing the app generally removes data in its app container, but does not affect content you exported or shared, or information retained by the App Store.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page. Your continued use of OnceDone means that you understand the updated policy.
