These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HomeKeep, displayed as “有序智能收纳” in mainland China, provided by the HomeKeep Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering for, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service Description
HomeKeep helps users record and organize home storage spaces, items, photos, notes, expiry dates, QR codes, and NFC tags. The app may also provide search, export, AI-assisted input, image recognition, voice input, and related features.
We may add, change, suspend, discontinue, or limit features, pricing, paid plans, or availability by region. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where appropriate.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and lawful registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, sign-in credentials, and device secure. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You may request account deletion in the app. After deletion, your server-side storage spaces, item records, photos, and QR code/NFC tag bindings cannot be restored.
3. Paid Services, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases
Some features, such as AI recognition, voice input, data export, or higher usage limits, may be offered as VIP or paid features. On iOS, purchases are processed through Apple App Store in-app purchases.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions: monthly, yearly, or other subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.
- Billing: after purchase confirmation, Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple ID. Renewal may be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation: to stop renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Restore purchases: after changing devices or reinstalling the app, you can use “Restore Purchases” in the app to restore eligible active purchases.
- Refunds: refund eligibility and processing for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules.
4. User Content
You retain rights to storage records, item names, photos, audio, notes, tags, and other content you input, upload, or save in the app (“User Content”).
You grant us a non-exclusive license to use User Content only as necessary to provide the app, synchronize and back up data, process AI-assisted features, display and search records, provide support, and investigate issues.
5. AI Feature Notice
AI image recognition, voice input, text analysis, categorization, and organization suggestions are provided as input assistance. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing important records, dates, quantities, categories, and exported data.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Violate laws, regulations, public order, or these Terms.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other rights of others.
- Upload or store illegal, harmful, false, discriminatory, obscene, or violent content.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, modify, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app, servers, networks, or payment systems.
- Fraudulently obtain, transfer, sell, or misuse accounts, purchase status, QR codes, NFC tags, invitation benefits, or usage quotas.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, software, user interface, logos, text, designs, code, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict all or part of the app due to maintenance, outages, security issues, third-party service failures, legal requirements, or events beyond our control. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend your account, delete unlawful content, restrict use, or terminate access.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will meet every need, operate without interruption, or that AI outputs or stored data will always be accurate. You should export or otherwise back up important records when needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are liable only for direct and ordinary damages actually incurred due to our breach, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region require otherwise. If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussion.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms due to changes in the app, law, or operations. Material changes will be notified through this page or in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
