Decision Echo is developed by the Decision Echo Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how Decision Echo handles your information.

Decision Echo is local-first: it does not require an account, does not provide cloud sync, and stores decision records locally on your device by default.

1. Information We Collect

We do not actively collect, upload, or sell your decision content. The app may store the following information locally on your device:

Decision records: decision titles, categories, expectations, confidence scores, creation dates, outcomes, and review records that you enter.
Local settings: app settings and language preference stored locally.
Local notification schedules: schedules used for Day 3 review reminders.

2. How We Use Information

Locally stored information is used only to provide app features, including decision recording, review reminders, timeline display, local insights, and settings.

3. Device Permissions

The app uses only the device capabilities needed for its features:

Notifications: used for local Day 3 review reminders. Notification text does not include your decision title or sensitive content.
Local storage: used to save your decision records and settings on your device.

We do not sell, rent, or share your decision content. Because the app does not use accounts or cloud sync, your decision records are not uploaded to our servers. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message content to respond to your support request.

5. Payments and In-App Purchases

The app does not include subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid unlocks. All app features are available for free.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete individual decision records in the app. Deleting the app may also delete the app’s local data. Because the app has no account or cloud sync, we generally cannot recover or delete your local decision records from our servers.

7. Children

Decision Echo is intended for general users and is not directed specifically to children. Minors should use the app with consent and guidance from a parent or guardian.

8. Changes

We may update this policy if app features, data practices, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page.
