Account Deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following information: • Your registered username • The phone number or email used during registration • Reason for deletion (optional) We will process your request within 7 business days.

After account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered: • Your account information (username, nickname, avatar) • All spaces and item data • All QR/NFC tag bindings • VIP membership status • Usage records and statistics

The following data may be retained after account deletion: • Generated QR code tags (anonymized, no longer linked to a user) • Necessary transaction records (for financial compliance) • Anonymized usage statistics (no personal identification)

• Acknowledgment within 1 business day of receiving the request • Deletion completed within 7 business days after confirmation • Email notification sent once deletion is complete • Data cannot be recovered after deletion takes effect

You can cancel your deletion request at any time before the process is complete by contacting [email protected]. Once deletion is complete, data cannot be recovered.
